Before submitting an offer, it's important
to consult a lender or mortgage broker and obtain
a letter of pre-approval. This establishes your price range and tentative
loan terms. It's quick, easy, and most seller's will require one.
We always represent your best interests during
the offer and counter-offer process and we
negotiate hard for you! Once an offer is accepted and escrow has opened, we make sure everything
runs smoothly. We schedule inspections, walk-thrus, etc. There's
lots of details to handle and you can rest assured we'll be right
there every step of the way.
You never pay us anything... we're paid
thru escrow from the seller's proceeds and remember... we
also offer rebates to our buyers based on purchase
price and other factors.
